Finally some news on this scooter, it was owned by Phil Greer of Darlington.
Phil bought the first ever TS1 200cc kit sold to the public in 1986.
The week the kit was bought and fitted it was ran in to the IOW.
That is where this second picture was taken. This was the first ever DTC TS1 200.
